Malkia is a unique, multigenerational members' club dedicated to professional Black women of all ages, united by a shared commitment to success, support, and empowerment. Rooted in a rich heritage of driven, accomplished, and supportive women, Malkia has cultivated a close-knit network where the value of collaboration and mentorship is celebrated. We believe that true success is not a solo endeavor but thrives on the foundation of collective support. That’s why Malkia is designed to be the platform where women uplift one another, share experiences, and grow together.
Our Malkia Community is at the heart of our mission. It facilitates meaningful connections between women from different generations, ensuring that the wisdom of experience meets the energy and innovation of youth. Through these connections, we foster a sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared purpose, ensuring that women are supported in every facet of life, both professionally and personally.
The community covers a diverse range of topics that address the realities of life, from career development and financial empowerment to personal growth, health, and wellness. We believe in the power of honest representation, and we seek to uplift and encourage each other to become the best versions of ourselves.
Malkia Co consists of three distinct branches that work together to create a comprehensive platform for empowerment:
Malkia Community – This branch focuses on building strong, lasting relationships across generations, providing a supportive network that encourages mentorship, collaboration, and personal growth.
Malkia in the Community – Here, we expand our impact beyond the club, working together to contribute to and uplift the broader community through initiatives and projects that champion Black women and their causes.
Teach Malkia – This branch is dedicated to professional development and growth, offering bespoke, high-impact corporate training and resources that empower women to excel in their careers and organisations.
